The house:-

The property consists of a stone house with ruin and small plot of land located in tiny peaceful village with beautiful views over the valley. The house is stone made and it is presented in two floors. In the first-floor there is two bedrooms, a hall and a bathroom; in the ground-floor there is a living room, a kitchen and some storage divisions.

The house has electricity, mains water and sewage.

The ruin is in need of rebuilt but being attached to the house can easily provide more living accommodation.

Outside there is a parking space, a courtyard and a small piece of land (approx. 50m2).
