The house:-

An old house with annexes in need of renovation located at the edge of a small mountain village with beautiful views over the surrounding area. The house is originally from the 19^th century and has some remarkable architecture with distinguishable details which clearly denounces that this property was once inhabited by a rich family. Although in need of immediate repairs, the house maintains the unique character that once entitled it as one of the most important houses in the area.

The property is detached and both house and annexes are terraced. Inside, the house consists of a large hall, a lounge, 4 bedrooms, a dinning room, a kitchen and a cave used as wine storage. As from the outside, also in the inside we can see some distinguishable characteristics, like the very high and large double doors in every division, the large windows, the finishing on the wood and the remarkable chimney made with massive oak pieces sustained by a well shaped wood column.

On the left side of the house and accessed via a beautiful walking path, there is a water tank with a nice terrace on top with beautiful views till the distant Sicó Mountain.
