Most of the properties listed are directly owned and registered by the company Eurico Sá Louro & Filho, Lda. This concept avoids any grey areas and surprises that may come to light at a later date...We are the owners of some of the properties presented in this website and we make sure all properties are properly registered and ready for a straightforward sale with no complications.
